Okay--- It's time to find out if it's "just me."  I HAVE to know!!!!!  When you text someone and they don't reply, is it a) because the text didn't go through? (MEDIOCRE PHONE SERVICE.) b) because the answer is no, therefore the text no longer applies?  (NO, N/A.)  c) because they don't check their phone very often and they just "missed it"? (???)  d) because hey are not interested (in whatever you texted about) and the answer is no?  (BLOWING YOU OFF, NO.)  e) because they consider what you texted inconsequential/unimportant and therefore their motivation to reply is not there? (IE, THEY ARE VERY BUSY.) f) because they really wish you didn't even HAVE their number and they wish you would stop texting them? (COMPLETELY BLOWING YOU OFF, GO AWAY!) g) because they forgot to get back to you? (THEY WERE BUSY/FORGOT.) h) other.  I'm going to be completely straight with you all and tell you that I nearly go NUTS when I don't get a reply from a text, email or other kind of message.  Is it me?  'Cause if it is, I'll get help!!!  My kids tell me it might be me. 

So when I don't get a reply from a text message (that reasonably would expect a reply) should I:  a) ignore it?  b) pout and sing the song, "No body likes me, everybody hates me, think I'll eat some worms"? c) hire a private investigator to find out why? d) put my cell phone underneath the front left tire of my car and run over it? e) re-text the message to them in case it didn't go through?  f) just forget about texting and call them? g) take a few deep breaths and the take a hot bath?


All I'm really trying to say is, IT BUGS ME!!! I know, I know--- chill out, relax, get a grip---- "too uptight to play jazz!"
